Pricing FAQ
Useful answers before you choose a plan.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Monthly plans provide flexibility, while annual billing saves approximately 20%.
What counts as an active contract?
A contract currently monitored for future uplift events. Archived and terminated contracts do not count toward the limit.
Is the Annual Uplift Run a lifetime plan?
No. It provides 120 days of access for one complete uplift cycle.
Can I upgrade from the one-time plan?
A self-service Annual Run-to-subscription conversion is not available in this version. Contact support if you need recurring coverage later.
When is the Free uplift cycle used?
The cycle is consumed when you record the new price as applied. You can still complete first-invoice verification for that uplift; the limit only prevents starting another Free uplift cycle.
Do I need to upload full contract documents?
No. Full contract file storage is not required in V1. Relevant pricing and notice terms can be entered manually.
Can I bring my existing contract data?
Assisted data onboarding is implementation support included with eligible software plans. Growth, Portfolio and Annual Uplift Run customers can send an existing spreadsheet or export toonboarding@contractuplift.com, and we’ll onboard the relevant contract data into your workspace. You don’t need to convert it into a fixed CSV template or map the fields yourself.
What file formats can I send?
Excel, CSV and other common spreadsheet exports are fine. You don’t need to convert your data into a specific template first.
